pastor Mary Searight
Lady Mary, affectionately known as Pastor Mary, is the Pastor of the Abundant Life Family Worship Church in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she serves with her husband, Bishop George Searight, Senior Pastor and Founder. The Lord has blessed them to celebrate thirty-four years in excellence in Pastoral Leadership
Called to ministry over 25 years ago, Pastor Mary began walking in her calling as a powerful intercessor, preacher and teacher. With a unique heart and anointing for women, Pastor Mary has dedicated much of her ministry to leading women to wholeness through prayer, personal development, and spiritual direction. Through her commitment to God and faithfulness to Bishop George Searight, in October of 2025, they will celebrate their “Golden Anniversary” marking 50 years of marriage. Out of this union, the Lord has blessed them with two children, Erika (John) and George II (Nefray), and 4 grandchildren, George III, Joshua, Ava and Gianna.
pastor T. Renea Glenn
Pastor T. Renea Glenn is a native of Wellford, SC and is the Senior Pastor of Restoration Church of Prayer. She is filled with the Holy Spirit and serves the Lord with fervent passion. She has given her life to God and lives a life of prayer and worship. She has a powerful anointing to preach and teach the Word of God with authority, revelation and deliverance. She has a unique and accurate prayer and prophetic mantle over her life; and her love for God’s people inspires them to pray and cultivate a personal relationship with God to fulfill their divine potential and purpose in every aspect of their lives. Pastor Glenn has a heart for the broken and the lost; and she makes outreach and evangelism a priority in her personal ministry and in the church she leads.
She has obeyed God’s call to share the gospel of Jesus Christ across the nation and around the world. She has a remarkable ability to connect with people of different ages and backgrounds; and she brings them into the power and presence of God, revealing and restoring God’s original design and plan for His people. Pastor Glenn loves Jesus and demonstrates her love for His work on the Cross by being a true-born again, Spirit-filled, believer and witness in these end times.
Prophetess brenda todd
Prophetess Brenda J. Todd is a dynamic woman whom God is using to encourage and instruct the Body of Christ in the areas of praise and worship and intercession. She is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, but now resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband, Pastor Tomm Todd, and their five sons: Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Brentom and Graceson. Brenda and Tomm travel evangelistically across the United States and in foreign countries, teaching and exhorting pastors and ministers about the necessity and importance of intercession in their personal lives and local fellowship. They are founders of Gethseminary Institute located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Gethseminary Institute is a prayer and intercessory training school which offers a two-year curriculum that not only educates people about prayer and intercession but provides students with practical situations to apply what they have learned in their local churches, homes, and communities. The school also emphasizes the importance of learning Biblical foundations and scripture memorization in order for the believer to pray the Word and will of God. Brenda has authored and published two literary works: “GAP STANDERS”: Intercession, the Weapon of Choice and an accompanying study guide. This book and study guide along with a prayer CD are a few of the many training tools used by the Todds in conducting their international Gap Standers Prayer Conferences, Seminars and Boot Camps.
Brenda Todd will bless you as she shares an anointed message from God, whether as a soul-stirring singer, prolific teacher or dynamic preacher. Her heart’s cry is to see God’s people set free. To quote her: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to PREACH good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to HEAL the brokenhearted, to proclaim/TEACH liberty to the captives…..Isaiah 61:1 NKJV
In addition, Brenda and Tomm also minister healing and restoration to married couples, emphasizing the importance of building their lives through prayer and intercession and studying God’s Word. They believe in the transforming of the hearts and minds of all people through God’s Word that He may be glorified. Prayer & Fasting directives
Starting August 6th, we will fast every Wednesday through Friday until 12pm. During the week of the Encounter, we will fast Monday through Wednesday until 3pm
As we fast pray the following:
“When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offerings and the other sacrifices, and the Lord’s glory filled the temple.”

Plead the Blood of Jesus over ENCOUNTER 2025. Declare this kairos time is sacred and sanctified. Declare the Shekhinah Glory fills the temple. Pray that the presence of God and the anointing of God flow from the altar. Pray that hearts are receptive, minds are renewed, and healing is manifested.
Pray for every soul coming from far and near to see the Lord in all His power & Glory.
Pray for a sincere hunger for the Word and thirst for the presence of God. Thank you for satisfying every longing soul. Declare God’s mighty hand is on this conference and on every person who is participating.
Plead the Blood of Jesus over our minds, wills, emotions, intellect, and imagination. Take authority over every form of distraction and interruption. Declare we are in expectation mode. Declare no weapon formed against this kairos time shall prosper and only the will of the Lord shall prosper.
Plead the Blood of Jesus over our Generals, Bishop Herbert & Dr. Marcia Bailey.
Pray that the Lord perfects everything that concerns them. Take authority over hindrances and interruptions.
Pray that the vision God has given Dr. Marcia for this conference comes to pass. Declare the hand of God rests heavily on Dr. Marcia.
Declare deliverance is in her mouth.
Declare fresh oil and fresh fire flows from her.
Declare a hedge of protection and a wall of fire around Dr. Marcia and everything that pertains to her.
Declare she sets her face like a flint.
Thank God for their lives. Declare the Glory of the Lord is risen upon them. The Favor of God is upon them. The power of God flows through them. The grace of God rests on them. The goodness of God overtakes them. The Angels of God protects & defends them. The love of God overwhelms them. The Spirit of God strengthens them in Jesus’ Name.
Plead the Blood of Jesus over our Ministry Gifts, Pastors Mary Searight, Pastor T. Renea Glenn and Prophetess Brenda Todd.
Plead the Blood over their families, over their loved ones, and over their divine helpers.
Declare continuous safe travels, their bodies are healthy, their minds are sharp, Great Grace rests on them, Holy Ghost fire flows through them, and divine deliverance is in their mouth.
Declare that Pastor Searight, Pastor Glenn and Prophetess Todd flow with ease without any distractions or interruptions. As a result, our lives will never be the same again.
Pray for all those coming from the north, south, east, and west to hear the Word of the Lord.
Declare their lives will be forever changed.
Declare that souls will be saved, restoration will come and divine deliverance will take place in Jesus’ Name.
Declare the LORD our God is with us. He is mighty. He will save. He rejoices over us with joy; we rest in his love. He rejoices over us with singing. He loves us like that!!!
Pray that the power & presence of God fall fresh on us.
Bind every form of distraction, disruption, or hindrances.
Release the Spirit of unity and oneness.
Declare that everyone will actively participate, tune in, and engage spirit, soul, and body.
Plead the Blood of Jesus over the atmosphere and declare that angels are ascending and descending, ministering to us the heirs of salvation.
Declare RDCI is Holy Ground and a Sanctified place of worship.
Call in new & returning Sponsors. Declare the financial goals exceed expectations.
Call in money from expected and unexpected sources. Declare every sponsorship level goal is met.
Declare El Shaddai is seen. Pray that every sponsor is blessed, that their businesses are blessed, that their families are blessed and that they receive one hundredfold return on their seed sown.
Plead the Blood of Jesus over every Help’s Minister. Pray we have more than enough to serve the masses.
Declare we are anointed, appointed, qualified, and well equipped to serve with ease and excellence.
Declare our bodies are strong and our minds are fully engaged to run with the Vision.
Pray over every attendee, their families and everything that concerns them.
Shut down demonic attacks, health crises, vehicle trouble, housing crises, family conflicts and all financial issues and concerns.
Pray all is well with our families, home, and businesses.
Declare the Glory has risen upon us.
